Beautiful decor

Polite, competent and helpful staff (Laura at the reception desk was a stand out, exceptional customer service, very professional, very competent - all the reception desk people were decent, but over multiple stays Laura has been the most consistent and level headed, professional and courteous - all the staff were at least able to do their jobs but Laura was the standout - I hate most social interaction and she made checking in and out a breeze) The well appointed rooms with cooking facilities and an actual refrigerator and freezer, laundry facilities and complimentary detergent - they also have a decent selection of wines and mixer drinks for less than the leagues club that's a small walk away - onsite parking is reasonable and secure , cleaning staff are polite and professional - one of the best places to stay in Newcastle, one of the better hotels in the state - if you want room service at all hours or some other nonsense you can get that elsewhere, I've stayed in 5 star accommodation where the beds don't even come close to the beds here, extremely comfortable beds, actual branded furniture, no big w or Ikea nonsense and a decent view from higher floors, you can hire adjoining rooms as well for a family stay, laundry and the kitchen in every room really makes it viable especially on a budget - I hesitate to write such a positive review as I don't want this place booked out, but they deserve it and frankly they've ruined it for any other decently priced establishment - if you have the option pick 291 on king st in Newcastle every time

Extremely clean big apartment, very comfortable overall and great to have cooking facilities. Also great to have parking facilities and good location.

N/A, Location was very good close to waterfront restaurants, hotels and club, room was spacious and bed was very comfortable, could do with better lighting in the bathroom (mode lighting only) which made it a little difficult when putting make up on. all in all experience was 9/10 staff very friendly and welcoming

Receptionist Jayne was wonderfull , she had taken care of everything and settling us in the rooms. Such a wonderful human being.
